Design your team by writing down the people in your life that you would love to spend more time with and invite them to join you! Fill out the Potential Team Member Profile and discuss reaching out to these people with your sponsor and NMD.
Each month print out your Preferred Customer Genealogy report from your Virtual Office and do mapping. Identify customers on your team who will join our mission.
WHAT TO SAY
We share Juice Plus+ as we live life at work, the gym, parties, soccer practice etc. Ask questions of people to strike up conversations. Be ready with what you will say if an opportunity arises for you to share. Lean on your sponsor and mentors to help you answer questions. Say, "What a great question! Let me get the answer and I'll get right back to you. Better yet, invite them to meet your "friend" on a 3-way call or zoom.
After sharing the JP+ business, send your prospect to TheFreedomRevolution.com to watch videos, or invite them to another business exposure like an event or 3-Way call.
The fortune is in the follow-up! Continue offering exposures until you have a new team member. When they do say yes send them a link or enter their application on your VO. Introduce them to your NMD on a 3-Way Call or Zoom and discuss their WHY.

Keep in close contact with your new team member as they get started. Send them to TheFreedomRevolution.com site to do the getting started training. Review their training and discuss. Do their first events with them to get customers and team members! Guide them with their first steps such as social media posts etc. After they complete their 2000+, teach them DMO and coach them forward.
